As a full stack engineer for 15 years, I've had the opportunity to contribute to both dynamic startups like Code School and established leaders like GitHub. I thrive on making internal systems more efficient, as I believe the best work comes from teams who are empowered by their tools, not hindered by them.
When I'm not writing code or building out cloud infrastructure, I enjoy spending time outdoors exploring Northern Michigan with my wife, two wonderful children, polar bear dog Marley and Nora the cat. We enjoy the sand dune beaches in the summer and the snowy slopes in the winter.
